Associate Dentist

Full-Time | Strong Earning Potential

We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join an established and growing dental practice in the Xenia area.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into an existing patient base, work alongside an experienced clinical team, and have the freedom to provide comprehensive dentistry rather than being limited to a narrow range of procedures.

The Opportunity

The practice provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages with a strong mix of general, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced dentistry.

Depending on your experience and clinical interests, procedures may include:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Restorative dentistry
• Root canal therapy
• Extractions
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Dentures and partials
• Implant dentistry
• Clear aligner treatment
• Emergency dentistry

There is also an opportunity for a dentist who wants to continue expanding their clinical skill set and take on more advanced procedures over time.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
• Values clinical autonomy and quality patient care
• Communicates well with patients and the clinical team
• Wants to continue developing clinically and professionally

Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply, although newer dentists with strong clinical fundamentals and the desire to grow will also be considered.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is an established practice where the incoming dentist can focus on providing dentistry and building production rather than starting a patient base from scratch.

The opportunity offers:

• Strong earning potential
• Established patient flow
• Full-time schedule
• Broad and varied procedure mix
• Clinical autonomy
• Experienced clinical and administrative support
• Modern dental technology
• Opportunity to perform and develop advanced procedures
• Continuing education and professional development
• Long-term growth potential

For a dentist who wants a productive environment, a diverse clinical schedule, and the opportunity to continue growing without sacrificing clinical autonomy, this is an excellent long-term opportunity.

All inquiries will be handled confidentially.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
