About the Role
The Loomis Sayles Associate Development Program (ADP) is a component of our strategy to attract, retain and develop early career talent by leveraging the pipeline created by the Undergraduate Women's Investment Network (UWIN) and Undergraduate Summer Internship Development (USID) programs. ADP offers new employees who have completed the UWIN or USID program broad exposure and experience in the investment management business via rotations through a diverse set of Loomis Sayles departments over a two-year period. The experience provides early-stage professionals with opportunities to build and hone relevant skill sets while directly contributing to the firm's overall success. We are hiring four associates for our 2026 co-hort.
Job Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to the department's investment processes while learning foundational skills in investment management. Rotations may include investment research, product teams, trading and Sustainability. Depending on the team, responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
