JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Director, Content & Audience is WUWF''s program director and chief editor. The position sets programming and coverage priorities with the team, edits the work, coaches and develops hosts, reporters and producers, builds new programming, and is accountable for audience reach and growth. The position serves on the leadership team, informing station-wide strategy with the other unit leads, and manages the content and programming budget.
