Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Analytics and Business Intelligence, the Associate Director, Prospect Management and Analytics, is an integral member of the ARD data analytics team and provides high-level project management support for Kellogg's Advancement team. This role delivers data, metrics, and prospect management recommendations and report findings to the Advancement team, helping to ensure robust and accurate prospect pools for both major gift officers and the annual fund. This position also coordinates alumni research activities, leads regular prospect management meetings, and promotes consistent prospect and alumni engagement practices across Kellogg.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of experience in related setting, preferably in an educational setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in high-performing development operations.
Experience working with executives.
Experience with reporting tools including Tableau and SQL.

Target hiring range for this position will be $80,000 - $88,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
