    Schedule: Full-Time – 40 hours/week
    Shift Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and visionary Associate Director, RN NE to lead and support our Women & Infants Services (WIS) team. This leadership role is ideal for a highly motivated nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

This position supports a broad spectrum of Women & Infants Services including:

  • Labor & Delivery

  • Triage

  • Nursery

  • Mom/Baby Postpartum

  • Pediatrics

    As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in clinical leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for Women & Infants Services

  • Support and mentor nursing staff to foster clinical excellence and professional growth

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and evidence-based practices

  • Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and resource management

  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, compassion, and teamwork

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning

  • Serve as a clinical and operational resource for nursing teams across WIS departments

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Experience in Women & Infants Services, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, or related specialties

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field

  • Leadership certification or Nurse Executive experience

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams
