ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, RN NURSE EXECUTIVE– (Women & Infants Services (WIS)
Location: Casper, WY
Department: Clinical Nursing – Women & Infants Services (WIS)
Schedule: Full-Time – 40 hours/week
Shift Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift Flexibility: Shifts may vary depending on departmental needs
Call Shifts: Available based on operational needs

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and visionary Associate Director, RN NE to lead and support our Women & Infants Services (WIS) team. This leadership role is ideal for a highly motivated nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
This position supports a broad spectrum of Women & Infants Services including:
Labor & Delivery
Triage
Nursery
Mom/Baby Postpartum
Pediatrics
As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in clinical leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and evidence-based practices
Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and resource management
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, compassion, and teamwork
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning
Serve as a clinical and operational resource for nursing teams across WIS departments
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Experience in Women & Infants Services, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, or related specialties
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
Leadership certification or Nurse Executive experience
Experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams
