Key Responsibilities:- Assembling prototypes and products according to the design plan.
- Testing prototypes following engineering instructions and documenting test results.
- Assisting engineering teams in obtaining supplies and services.
- Communicating assignment status to project engineers.
- Training others on new product processes and procedures.
- Building quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
- Ensuring products are tested using the most current, validated methods and processes, with documentation completed correctly per GLP and QS standards.
Qualifications: - Two or more years of technical experience in medical device development preferred.
- Proven experience with fixture, tooling design, and prototyping.
- Ability to work with external vendors effectively, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and quality in all work activities.
- Technical degree (AA, Certificate) or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with engineering statistical and scientific tools such as Gage R&R, DOE, SPC, or stress/strain analysis.
