By joining us, you don't justbecome part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue ourrich legacy that started back in 1874.Join us as aAssociate Field Superintendent - ServiceYour main responsibilitiesProject Support - Support the respective manager in ensuring adherenceto customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance reliabilityand passenger safety.Assist with service & maintenance projects post contract execution acting as main back up for project manager.Monitor job financial performance, track invoices, order parts and process payments.Facilitate with project scope, prepare fixed price repair paperwork and track changes in SAP to ensure proper documentationPayroll, Inspections & Compliance - Assist with preparation and submittalof payroll including tracking worker hours.Schedule inspections with local government authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and avoid potential violationsQuality, Safety & Manpower - Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance and passenger safety.Coordinate scheduling of manpower to meet budget commitments.Flexibility to balance a mix of office and fieldworkWhat you bringAssociate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant workexperience3-5 years of professional experience, preferably ina related industryComputer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with SAP, Lotus Notes or similar applicationsPrior experience in Sales or operations functionsAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholdersBase Salary $90,300 - $112,900The above represents the typical salary range for this position.
