POSITION TITLE: Associate Financial Systems Administrator

• POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics or related field required
• 0 - 2 years of experience in system administration, data analysis or financial systems
• Experience with MS Excel required
• Experience with Power BI or similar required
• Understanding of financial processes (forecasting, budgeting, reporting) is required
• Scripting or automation experience required
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FreeForm, Planning) is a plus

MAJOR DUTIES:

The Oracle EPM Cloud System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications, including Free Form, Planning, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Narrative Reporting. This role ensures system stability, performance, and availability while supporting business users and enabling efficient financial planning and reporting processes. The position requires strong technical expertise in EPM administration, data integration, and environment management within a cloud-based platform.

• Assist in administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications including Freeform, Planning, EDM, and Narrative Reporting
• Support daily system operations to ensure availability and performance, and maintain application structures, metadata and configurations
• Perform routine maintenance such as system monitoring, issue resolution, support patching, upgrades, and system refreshes
• Assist with data loads and integrations between applications; monitor and troubleshoot data processing issues
• Validate data accuracy and completeness across applications
• Provide support for business users, troubleshoot basic system, data or application questions/issues
• Assist users in reporting in both Smart View and Narrative Reporting through training and development of new reporting structures
• Maintain system documentation, job aids and procedures
• Support application lifecycle activities (development, test, production)

HOURS/LOCATION:

• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as required)
• Federated Hermes Tower - Pittsburgh, PA 15222
