Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.\n \nCandidate Requirements: \n \nHigh School Diploma/GED required.\n \nCandidate Preferred:\n\n Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.\n Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.\n\n
