Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Partner with leaders to support people actions aligned to business objectives
- Translate business needs into HR actions and recommendations with guidance from HR leadership
- Support core talent processes including performance management, workforce planning, and succession activities
- Provide day-to-day employee relations guidance and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Analyze and surface workforce trends, risks, and opportunities related to engagement, retention, and performance
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness discussions including role clarity, onboarding effectiveness, and team structure
- Support execution of recruitment, onboarding, and HR programs with increasing independence
- Ensure ongoing compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience with a generalist foundation
- Emerging consulting and influencing skills
- Strong communication and relationship building capability
- Analytical thinking and ability to surface workforce insights
- Ability to translate business needs into HR actions
- Proficiency with HR systems and workforce data tools
