What You Will Do

• Advise clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support intellectual property strategies and initiatives.
• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and filings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive IP strategies that align with client goals.
• Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights, including managing disputes and litigation as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on both litigation and transactional work.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey legal concepts to clients.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience working with technology or innovation-driven clients in a variety of industries.
• Familiarity with international intellectual property laws and practices.
• Participation in professional organizations related to intellectual property law.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $225K to $310K, commensurate with experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.
