Job Summary:
The Associate Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, Scrum Masters, and Team Managers to define and execute the product roadmap and backlog. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable user stories, supporting sprint planning and execution, managing priorities, and helping drive successful delivery across multi-channel customer experiences.

Job Summary:
The Associate Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, Scrum Masters, and Team Managers to define and execute the product roadmap and backlog. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable user stories, supporting sprint planning and execution, managing priorities, and helping drive successful delivery across multi-channel customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product roadmap, release planning, feature scope, and backlog management.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
- Write and refine user stories and technical requirements for Agile/Scrum teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help identify and remove technical or business blockers and escalate risks when needed.
- Support Chat, IVR/voice, and Conversational AI initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Work with system integrations and cloud technologies; GCP experience is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in an Agile software delivery environment.
- Experience writing user stories and managing software backlogs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, digital.ai Agility, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Enterprise Chat, IVR, Contact Center, or Conversational AI platforms.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Health insurance or other highly regulated industries.
- Understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, system integrations, and digital customer experience platforms.
