Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 16 chemistry credits on their transcript and at least 6 months of professional laboratory experience.
One important item to keep in mind when screening candidates is that the New York OCM does not consider pharmacy technician experience to be qualifying laboratory experience, so candidates relying primarily on pharmacy tech experience would not meet the requirement.
