Job Description:

Role Overview: The Associate Manager is responsible for driving daily production, maintaining service quality, and managing a team of associates. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics (SLAs), and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to improve operational health and client satisfaction.

Location: Our office is located at 3001 Hackberry Rd, Irving, TX 75063. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to this site.

Inbound & Outbound Calling - Average 15 - 20 calls / Day

Training: on-the-job training and call shadowing.

Schedule: This center is open from8:00am -7:00pm Central Monday - Friday. Employees can exercise a hybrid work model, with 1 day onsite (Wednesday) and 4 days working remotely, based on individual performance. This model could change based on business needs. Adherence to working these hours is required, no exceptions. Some overtime may be desired depending on business needs. There would be one Lunch Break for 30 minutes and two 15 minutes breaks, which will be pre scheduled for the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Lead daily operations to meet productivity and quality targets through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews.
  • Production Oversight: Manage transactional workflows, identify bottlenecks via trend analysis, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain management reports (headcount, operational health, and cycle times) to inform data-driven staffing and process decisions.
  • Process Governance: Ensure all protocols are documented and current; identify and remediate gaps in established workflows.
  • Technical Support: Research systemic issues, provide feedback to stakeholders to enhance tools, and lead beta testing for new product rollouts.
  • Team Engagement: Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to ensure clear communication and employee development.
  • Project Leadership: Plan and execute operational projects, collaborating with peers to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Administration: Manage routine administrative tasks including timecards, absence approvals, and hiring/training new staff.

Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Manager / Team Lead or in a Supervisory capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of experience in a related operational or financial services field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with management reporting/data trending.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on process improvement and "alternative solution" development.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written skills for interacting with internal management and external clients.
  • Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

67,000 - 87,900 USD
