Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, a STEM-related field, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a directly related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and progressively responsible professional experience, where permitted by applicable requirements. The Client Account Manager will collaborate with client stakeholders, business leaders, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams to develop effective staffing strategies, optimize recruitment processes, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of qualified IT professionals.
