This is an opportunity to join the Pullman Boards & Components Day Shift team. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.
As an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:
Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.
Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees.
Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values.
Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit.
Model, teach and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
Understand. Create. Simplify.

Pay Range Data
We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $29.18 - $43.08 per hour.
