Associate Manufacturing Technician

Associate Manufacturing Technician – $20–$22/hr. DOE

Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am–10:00am

Are you detail-oriented and looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? If so, this job is for you! A local manufacturing facility in the Worthington, MN area is looking for an Associate Manufacturing Technician to join their team. This position is willing to train! You will help clean and sterilize manufacturing equipment, prepare glassware and vessels, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash manufacturing vessels ranging from 2 to 200 liters.
• Wrap glassware, vessels, and equipment before sterilization.
• Operate large autoclaves to sterilize equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Clean and organize workstations and manufacturing areas.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and consumables.
• Follow established safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to perform hands-on cleaning and washing tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
