Bring your manufacturing skills to a hands-on, cGMP-driven production environment in Belvidere, NJ, where your work directly supports quality intermediates and finished products. This Associate Operator, Production opportunity offers rotating 12-hour shifts, clear process ownership, and the chance to grow within a global science-led company.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Associate Operator, Productionposition include:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment on rotating 12-hour shifts in Belvidere, NJ
- Ability to operate computers to maintain production records and equipment documentation
- Operate and monitor process equipment to produce quality intermediates and finished products according to the operations plan, cGMPs, and SOPs
- Obtain and inspect finished/in-process product, and perform sampling and testing as required
- Perform material handling tasks including operating a forklift, dispensing raw materials, manually dumping ingredient bags/drums, and packaging finished products
- Maintain batch records, equipment documentation, and label control; support nonconformance investigations, housekeeping, and minor equipment repairs
Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, annual incentive pay subject to eligibility.
