Location: 904 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 (onsite)
Schedule: 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $24/hr
Role Summary: Checks patients in for appointments as part of a team of 13-16 patient service representatives focused on patient registration, and works assigned queues to keep registration and billing information accurate.
Day to day responsibilities:
Patient check-in:
Collects copay, previous balance, and deductible payments
Handles device drop-offs (sleep study, cardio)
Provides patient IT support for MyChart pre-registration and check-in
Provides patient wayfinding
Work queues:
Eligibility Errors work queue
RX Hub/Language Mismatch work queue
Cost Estimate work queue (primary care and lab)
Botox/infusion real-time eligibility (RTE) checks
No-show letters (primary care)
Required Qualifications:
Healthcare experience with Epic, or customer service experience in a related setting
Additional skills and experience to be discussed with the candidate
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
Epic experience (highly preferred)
