Job Title: Associate Production Technician (Diagnostic Technician – Filling) Location: 1080 US Highway 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876 Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Contract: 6 months Contract position with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs Benefits: Weekly Pay, Health, Dental and Vision benefits
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Production Technician to support filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging operations for diagnostic products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, completing production documentation, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, ISO, and company quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in an aseptic cleanroom environment and following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
Filling, Labeling & Packaging
Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment according to Production Manufacturing Records (PMRs), SOPs, ISO, and cGMP requirements.
Assist with setup, changeover, and operation of manual and automated filling and packaging equipment.
Perform aseptic gowning and support filling operations within cleanroom environments.
Label, inspect, and package finished products for distribution and clinical trial use.
Enter production data and process SAP transactions accurately.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Complete Production Manufacturing Records (PMRs) accurately.
Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, material reconciliation, and product traceability.
Perform initial review of production documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Production & Warehouse Support
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and production surfaces according to SOPs.
Perform environmental monitoring activities in filling suites as required.
Support warehouse operations including:
Fill preparation
Material picking
Material issuing and returns
Internal material distribution
Receiving and shipping activities
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in:
Manufacturing
Production
Filling
Labeling
Packaging
Warehouse operations
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to follow written procedures, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
