career education and alumni advising initiatives serving as a key point of contact for students, alumni, employers, and internal partners.
Will coordinate and execute career programming and advising activities. Manage event logistics, including scheduling, communications, and materials support. Alumni engagement initiatives.
Maintain and analyze data in relevant systems, e.g. CRM platforms. Prepare reports and track outcomes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs.
Update website and communication content. Respond to inquiries and provide high-quality customer service. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Career & Alumni Advising.
