IDR is seeking a Associate Player Support Producer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will help ensure a seamless, high-quality player support experience by coordinating across product, technology, operations, and studio teams. Youll drive operational readiness through clear documentation, aligned processes, and effective escalation support for live products and services within a fast-paced digital entertainment environment.
Position Overview for the Associate Player Support Producer:
- Support operational readiness for player support teams through documentation, escalation oversight, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create, maintain, and distribute internal player support content and policies
- Represent player support operations and end-user impact during incidents and service degradation to help influence prioritization and resolution
- Coordinate requirements, track progress, and help ensure smooth launches and ongoing operations for features, products, and services
Requirements for the Associate Player Support Producer:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple teams
- Experience supporting complex projects that span cross-functional partners and shared dependencies
- Background in player support, customer support, service operations, or a closely related environment
- Ability to contribute to operational planning through documentation, process improvement, and incident/escalation support
