Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an extensive training program covering all aspects of enterprise software sales, from lead identification to deal closing.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and pain points, especially in relation to software development and testing.
- Educate and guide customers on the benefits of shift-left software testing to enhance their software development lifecycle.
- Advocate for the adoption of shift-left practices, highlighting advantages such as early bug detection, cost savings, and improved quality.
- Engage in continuous learning about test automation, code coverage, and static analysis tools to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Gradually assume responsibilities of a commissioned account manager, focusing on proactive customer engagement and solution-driven sales approaches.
Qualifications:
