Other duties involve supervising students during non-instructional times, assisting with personal care, collecting data, and preparing/organizing classroom materials. Core responsibilitiesInstructional Support:Assist with implementing lesson plans, reinforce concepts with individuals or small groups, and present or adapt materials as directed by the teacher. Student Support:Provide direct, one-on-one assistance to students with their academic, social, and behavioral needs. IEP Implementation:Help with the implementation and monitoring of goals outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Classroom Management:Support the lead teacher in maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment. Additional dutiesSupervision:Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, hallways, and during lunch or bus duty. Data Collection:Record and track student progress, attendance, and behavior to assist with evaluations and IEP revisions.
