- Developing cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, and/or CE analytical methods for protein biologics
- Performing and reviewing routine wet chemistry, immunoassays, SDS-PAGE/CE, and HPLC testing
- Writing, reviewing, and revising test methods, SOPs, and performing trending analysis
- Leading validation projects and supporting method development initiatives
- Participating in regulatory inspections and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Have a BS degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (required)
- Bring 5+ years of biotech industry experience in a Quality Control or analytical lab setting
- Possess hands-on experience with HPLC, CE, or Potency/ELISA assay methodologies (required)
- Are skilled in protein characterization, electrophoresis, chromatography, and assay validation/qualification
- Have experience with writing reports, procedures, specifications, GMPs, and regulatory audits
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Maintain a positive, team-player attitude and excel at building relationships with colleagues and clients
