Payrate: $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
 
Responsibilities:

• The Attribute Impact Group in the Department of Attribute Sciences is seeking a Process Development Associate to investigate the impact of key product quality attributes on the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics.
• Our team supports drug product advancement by developing cell-based methods that assess biological/immunogenic impact of drug product attributes.
• This information is shared with the product team and used to make critical decisions to further the drug.
• The ideal candidate will have familiarity with immune and cell-based assays, and 3D cell-culture/organoids.
• Experience with protein biochemistry, biotherapeutics, antibodies, and drug product attributes is preferred.

 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Experimental lab skills including sterile cell/tissue culture experience.
• Critically thinking about data
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Prism is preferred
• Works well in a team/Good communication skills.

 
Nice to Have:

• 3D-Cell Culture/Organoid Culture Experience

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $17.00 - $18.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
