Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, referral partners, and clients throughout Sarasota and surrounding areas.
Introduce Coastal United Title services to prospective partners and help them understand the value we bring to each closing.
Guide transactions from initial contact through closing, keeping communication clear and timely at every step.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals with professionalism, warmth, and persistence.
Coordinate with internal teams to make sure files move smoothly and closing deadlines are met.
Review transac
Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping expand our title services network in the local market.tion details, gather needed information, and help resolve issues before they slow down the closing process.
Represent the company in a way that reflects trust, responsiveness, and care for every client interaction.
Prior title sales or closing experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the title and closing process, including common transaction documents and timelines.
Clear, confident communication skills for working with clients, agents, lenders, and internal partners.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfort with follow-up, relationship building, and asking for the business in a professional way.
Proficiency with common business software, CRM tools, and document management systems.
Knowledge of Florida real estate practices and local market relationships is a plus.
Prior experience in a sales-focused role within the real estate or property services industry is preferred.
