Associate Veterinarian, Four 10s, 2:1 Tech Support

A small animal general practice in Chicago's western suburbs is hiring a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian.

The practice provides medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats in a facility built within the last five years. Technicians work at the top of their license, with a 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio and a focus on work-life balance.

Key Highlights:

• Full-time is typically four 10-hour days per week, with at least every other Friday or Saturday
• One three-day weekend per month and a daily lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 PM
• 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio
• Digital X-ray, echocardiograms, and in-house lab diagnostics
• Dentistry and surgery, including oncology, mass removal, and pain management
• Part-time schedules also available

About You:

• DVM or VMD from an accredited school
• Valid Illinois veterinary license, or eligible

• $130,000 to $175,000+ per year annual earning potential (ProSal), with no negative accrual
