Unlike corporate practices, our veterinarians are actively involved in developing policies, procedures, and plans for the future of the practice. We believe the doctors providing the care should have a meaningful role in determining how that care is delivered. We also have a live-in, on-site veterinary nurse, providing continuous support and oversight for our patients and boarders. Our veterinarians are not expected to provide 24/7 emergency call coverage. After-hours on-call phone responsibility is limited to our staff and boarding clients. Schedule Expectations Full-time: 32–40 hours/week Every 3rd Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Limited phone coverage for staff and boarding clients associated with the Saturday/on-call rotation No general public emergency-call service Our Clients We are fortunate to have wonderful clients who value their pets, trust our medical recommendations, and are committed to providing excellent care.
