Associate Veterinarian

What if you could practice a broad range of medicine, have the support to handle challenging cases, and still have a predictable schedule outside the clinic?

This confidential opportunity is with an established small-animal practice in Mid-Michigan where veterinarians manage everything from preventive care and dentistry to surgery, diagnostics, and urgent cases. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with mentorship available for veterinarians who want to continue building confidence and clinical skills.

What You'll Find Here

• Practice with variety: Your caseload can extend well beyond routine wellness visits, including surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care.

• Get support when you need it: A strong veterinary support team helps keep the focus on patient care rather than making you handle every task yourself.

• Build confidence at your own pace: New graduates can access mentorship and peer support while developing their clinical independence.

• Keep developing professionally: CE support and dedicated learning opportunities make continued growth part of the package.

• Have more control over your personal time: A four-day workweek and three weeks of PTO create meaningful space outside the hospital.

• Think long-term: This is an established community practice where a veterinarian can build lasting client relationships and develop a career over time.

You'll work in a full-service small-animal environment with wellness care, dental procedures, surgery, diagnostics, treatment planning, preventive medicine, and urgent/emergency cases. The practice is equipped to handle both everyday medicine and more involved cases, giving you opportunities to broaden your clinical experience.
