Associate Wealth Advisor (CFP)

Crestmont is actively seeking resumes for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to interview for our expanding team. We are a mission-led, core values-focused firm that prioritizes a team approach to delivering client-centric service. This is an in-office role - no remote options available. We arelooking for individuals who are team players and want to be a significant part of our growing firm. This role will service our "Basecamp" and "Trailhead" segments, and support financial planning and servicing for clients in the Ascent and Summit segments. See crestmontpw.com for an explanation. The service advisor works in a team with a senior advisor, and support, to help retain, and grow the client base through outstanding service and advice. While this is an exempt position at approximately 40 hours a week, it will sometimes require travel and longer hours at busy seasons.

Qualifications:

• CFP
• Series 65 (or Series 7 and 63) Mandatory within 60 days of employment
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, or analysis role
• Use of Emoney
• Attention to Detail
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Highly ethical with a team-player mindset and a fiduciary approach
• Ability to explain technical subjects in a friendly and simple manner
• Excellent listening skills

Salary

$75,000 - $100,000 per year
