Associate Advisor

ISC's Financial Services Recruiting Team is partnering with a prominent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with offices across the United States. The firm specializes in delivering customized wealth management and investment advisory solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational families.

Our client is seeking an Associate Advisor to support the delivery of high-touch, family office-level service to sophisticated clients. Working alongside Advisors and Senior Advisors, this individual will play a key role in financial planning, investment analysis, client meeting preparation, and ongoing relationship management.

This position is designed as a developmental advisory role, offering hands-on exposure to comprehensive wealth management, including investment management, estate planning, tax strategy, risk management, charitable planning, and business succession planning. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Advisors and Senior Advisors to deliver wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Assist with financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio reviews.
  • Analyze client holdings, investments, and forecasting scenarios.
  • Conduct investment research on markets, asset classes, and securities.
  • Evaluate portfolio allocations and investment strategies.
  • Execute investment programs and place trades under senior advisor direction.
  • Prepare customized reports, client presentations, and investment analyses.
  • Support estate planning and wealth transfer discussions through presentation development and analysis.
  • Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, industry trends, and financial planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients within wealth management, private wealth, family office, or investment advisory environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Progress toward CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, CAIA®, or similar professional designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize financial planning, portfolio reporting, CRM, and data analytics systems.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
