The Asst. Store Manager is to assist the manager with managing store operations and in the supervision of store personnel.
Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
Be well versed an and ensure compliance to accounting, employee and store policies.
Ensure that all production is taken from the back room and properly displayed on the salesfloor.
