Assistant Residence Supervisor
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay: $22–$23/hr
Schedule: Full-Time (flexibility required — days, evenings, weekends, overnights)

Make a real impact every day. We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Residence Supervisor who’s ready to take on a leadership role and help create a safe, inclusive, and enriching home environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Direct Care Counselors, Cook, and Maintenance staff
• Coordinate staffing needs, schedules, payroll, and emergency coverage
• Support hiring, onboarding, staff training, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant residence aligned with agency standards
• Deliver hands-on support and oversee implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Plan and coordinate meaningful community outings and recreational activities (3x weekly per individual)
• Maintain accurate records, financial ledgers, and vendor documentation
• Serve as the point of contact when the Residence Supervisor is away; collaborate with the Area Coordinator

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma required (Associate’s in Health or Human Services preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a residential or social service setting
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
