Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing education construction projects from start to finish. Support the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to the project management team and stakeholders. Assist in procurement and coordination of materials and resources.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Familiarity with education construction projects and their unique requirements. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
