What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent the AT&T brand in a big-box retail environment
- Approach customers in-store and start engaging conversations
- Educate shoppers on AT&T’s wireless, internet, and entertainment packages
- Help customers compare plans and select the best options for their needs
- Close sales with confidence and integrity
- Hit daily and weekly performance goals
- Work closely with your team to level up and grow together
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level, no experience required (we train from the ground up)
- Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive mindset with a team-player attitude
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability (weekends required)
