At Your Service Operator:
  • Answer internal and external phone calls in a professional manner within a prescribed time frame
  • Answer internal and external phone calls according to established scripts and Marriott standards
  • Promptly route calls to their destination
  • Respond to hotel guests’ requests in a timely manner
  • Answer, dispatch and log incoming calls from all departments
  • Conduct pre arrival planning for same day and next day reservations
  • Utilize the Guest Experience Platform (GXP Software) to log, track and respond to guest requests/issues
  • Work in unison with Manager on Duty and all Departments of the resort to ensure all guest needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
