At Your Service Operator: - Answer internal and external phone calls in a professional manner within a prescribed time frame
- Answer internal and external phone calls according to established scripts and Marriott standards
- Promptly route calls to their destination
- Respond to hotel guests’ requests in a timely manner
- Answer, dispatch and log incoming calls from all departments
- Conduct pre arrival planning for same day and next day reservations
- Utilize the Guest Experience Platform (GXP Software) to log, track and respond to guest requests/issues
- Work in unison with Manager on Duty and all Departments of the resort to ensure all guest needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
