The Essentials

• Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Fairlawn, OH
• Specialty: Orthopedics
• Travel: Occasional travel between clinic locations

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical and administrative support in an outpatient orthopedic practice.
• Perform patient intake, obtain vitals, document in the EMR, and assist providers with procedures.
• Remove sutures/staples, apply dressings, prepare injections, and respond to patient calls per protocol.
• Fit and educate patients on durable medical equipment (DME) and coordinate insurance authorizations.
• Ensure accurate chart preparation, documentation, and charge capture.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of athletic training, orthopedics, or sport medicine experience preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current Ohio Athletic Trainer License required, BOC certification preferred, BLS certification required.
• Skills: Orthopedic and patient care knowledge, EMR proficiency preferred, strong communication, organization, and patient education skills.
