REAL ESTATE INVESTOR SALES — ATLANTAWe are hiring for a fully remote sales position supporting our Atlanta team and focused on building professional relationships with real estate investors and referral partners who may need access to hard-money or private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions.The work centers on research, personalized social outreach, qualification, and appointment setting. Rather than operating like a traditional call center, representatives communicate directly with real estate professionals through thoughtful one-to-one conversations and invite qualified prospects into a private funding and deal-flow community.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES• Research active investors and potential referral partners across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, investor groups, podcasts, and other real estate communities• Identify fix-and-flip investors, landlords, wholesalers, BRRRR investors, brokers, investor-friendly agents, real estate educators, coaches, and other professionals connected to investment-property transactions• Start personalized conversations through direct messages using approved scripts and authentic professional profiles• Qualify appropriate prospects and introduce them to the private real estate funding and deal-flow community• Schedule qualified prospects for short onboarding or triage calls with the team• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, follow-up activity, and booked appointments in the lead tracker• Follow up consistently while avoiding spam, excessive pressure, or misleading communication• Participate in weekly coaching and accountability meetings and use recorded KPIs to improve performanceWHAT SUCCESS REQUIRESStrong written English and the ability to communicate naturally with investors, business owners, and real estate professionals are important for this role. You should be comfortable researching a prospect before reaching out and adapting your message so it feels relevant rather than copied and pasted.Candidates should also be dependable, coachable, self-directed, consistent, and comfortable working within measurable daily activity expectations. An authentic and professional Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn presence suitable for business outreach is required, along with reliable internet access and the ability to work with Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and a CRM or lead tracker.You must be able to attend required weekly training and team calls and be willing to learn the terminology commonly used in real estate investing, hard-money funding, and private-money funding.RELEVANT EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in appointment setting, sales, recruiting, lead generation, or social selling can be helpful but is not required.Experience involving real estate investing, mortgage, lending, wholesaling, property management, or financial services can also be useful. Familiarity with terms such as ARV, LTV, LTC, rehab budget, bridge loan, fix and flip, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedule, and exit strategy is beneficial but not mandatory.ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDSAfter training, representatives are expected to complete at least 30 fresh, personalized outbound messages per working day and accurately track conversations and scheduled calls.Once fully ramped, the performance target is 7–10 qualified appointments per week. Actual results can vary based on individual skill, consistency, market conditions, account health, and lead quality.Professional conduct and compliance with platform rules are required throughout all outreach activity.COMPENSATIONSalary: $1,881 to $2,881 per week.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTThe process includes a live group interview covering the role and expectations, followed by training on real estate investor targeting and social outreach. Representatives receive weekly setter coaching, message reviews, campaign troubleshooting, scripts, FAQs, lead-sheet standards, and KPI tracking.Top performers may have the opportunity to develop into team leadership.OUTREACH STANDARDSAll representatives must use truthful identities and authentic professional profiles.
