Job Description
Lead on-site construction for healthcare interior projects from start through closeout. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and day-to-day field operations. Coordinate closely with project management and client teams. Drive execution within active healthcare environments while minimizing disruption. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
Experience as a Superintendent on healthcare interior projects. Background delivering projects in the $3M+ range. Experience working in hospitals or outpatient lab environments preferred. Strong ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule in fast-paced settings. Comfortable working in a growing, hands-on environment.
