Location:   Redmond , WA
Salary Range:  $50/hr to $55/hr on W2 

Introduction

This role involves supporting immigration-related legal work, including petition review and multiple immigration workstreams. The position offers the opportunity to gain broader business immigration experience and work with a cutting-edge team in immigration operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or a Law Degree from a credible university
• Admission to the bar
• 1-2 years of immigration experience, either business or family-based
• Ability to work onsite at Puget Sound , 5 days a week
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings and prepare legal documents
• Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations including petition review and ensuring legal compliance
• Prior work experience in the client'
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Experience with high-volume U.S. business immigration operations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings and prepare legal documents
• Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations including petition review and ensuring legal compliance
• Train admins on USCIS filings and PERM job postings
• Assist with legal and operational issue resolution
• Identify and propose legal process improvement ideas
• Respond to emails from visa-dependent employees on various immigration topics
