Gather evidence, depose witnesses, build the record.Pleadings & motions — Draft and file complaints, answers, discovery, and dispositive motions. Clean, sharp, and on time.Courtroom advocacy — Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Trial experience is the goal.Negotiation — Go toe-to-toe with opposing counsel and carriers. You know the number — go get it.Client communication — Keep clients informed, prepared, and confident. They're nervous; you're not.What are the job requirements?
