OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, provide strategic legal counsel to clients, prepare and review immigration filings, and represent clients before U.S. immigration agencies and immigration courts when necessary. This role requires strong legal analysis, exceptional client service skills, and a thorough understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a broad range of immigration matters, including employment-based and family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, naturalization, asylum, removal defense, waivers, and other immigration benefits.Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and applications with agencies such as USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and DOL.Conduct legal research and analyze complex immigration issues to develop effective case strategies.Advise individual and corporate clients on immigration options, compliance requirements, and case progress.Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, hearings, interviews, and other appearances as required.Draft legal briefs, motions, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), appeals, and supporting legal documentation.Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements.Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client service.Stay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and agency policies.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.#J-18808-Ljbffr
