Associates work with lead attorneys across all litigation phases—from rapid-response investigations to discovery, depositions, and trial—driving strategy to meet client goals. 2. Day to day, associates partner with lead counsel on rapid-response investigations, case assessment, discovery/depositions, and trial, with a strategic focus on client outcomes. 3. Associates are involved end-to-end—post-loss investigations, evaluation, discovery/depositions, and trial—aligning strategy to client objectives. Cases within: • Automotive litigation • Catastrophic injury • Complex torts • Construction defect • Employment defense • General liability • Habitability • Medical malpractice • Premises liability • Product liability • Professional liability Salary & Perks: • Competitive base salary: $135,000 – $200,000+ depending on level • Quarterly bonuses: $75/hour for all billables over 1,900 annually (calculated quarterly, not cumulative) • Billables: 1,900 minimum annually (~158 hours/month) • Mentorship and hands-on development • Long-term growth opportunities within a highly regarded defense team Requirements: 1–10 years litigation experience (civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability).
