Probate & Family Law Associate | Dallas

A well-established Dallas law firm is looking to add a Probate & Family Law Associate with 2+ years of experience. This is an opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of matters and handling cases independently from start to finish. The firm offers a collegial environment while maintaining a fast-paced practice where client needs can change quickly.

What You'll Do

• Manage probate and family law matters independently from intake through resolution

• Handle day-to-day case strategy, client communication, pleadings, discovery, hearings, negotiations, and other substantive matters

• Provide practical, responsive guidance to clients throughout the life of their cases

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, correspondence, agreements, and other legal documents

• Adapt to changing client needs and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff while maintaining ownership of assigned matters

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience practicing probate and family law

• Ability to independently manage matters from start to finish

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Comfortable handling changing priorities and the natural unpredictability of family law matters

• Strong client-service skills and sound judgment

• Self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Texas Bar admission required
