Senior Auto Defense Attorney
This position is ideal for an experienced litigator with a strong background in auto liability, personal injury defense, or civil defense litigation who enjoys taking ownership of cases from inception through trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through trial and post-trial proceedings.
- Develop and execute litigation strategy.
- Conduct trials, mediations, depositions, hearings, and other key litigation events.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative legal team.
- Work closely with firm leadership in a fully remote environment.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $150,000–$220,000, depending on experience.
- Monthly production bonus after an initial ramp-up period.

Mid-Level Auto Defense Attorney

Qualifications
Senior Attorney
- Active California Bar license.
- California residency required.
- Extensive experience in auto defense, personal injury defense, or civil litigation.
- Demonstrated trial experience.
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and client management skills.
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience is preferred.
Mid-Level Attorney
- Active California Bar license.
- California residency required.
