About the Role: Liberty Law Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Attorney to join our dynamic team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of legal professionals dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and making a meaningful impact in our community.
Salary:
Base pay $85,000-$100,000 with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure effective case management.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
Participate in community outreach and legal education initiatives.
Preferred:
Background in criminal defense and/or personal injury.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Nebraska.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal practice.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to client service and community involvement.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
