    About the Role

    Join a well-established, mid-sized law firm with a strong presence across multiple U.S. markets and a long history of delivering high-quality legal services. The firm offers a collaborative environment where attorneys work closely with clients to provide practical, strategic legal solutions.

    Position Summary

    Seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to support the Business & Finance practice. This role involves working alongside senior attorneys on corporate and transactional matters, with exposure to a wide range of business law disciplines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support mergers and acquisitions and related transactions
    • Assist with commercial lending and financing matters
    • Draft and negotiate agreements (purchase agreements, contracts, leases, NDAs, employment agreements)
    • Advice on entity formation, governance, and structuring
    • Collaborate on client strategy and deal execution
    • Build and maintain client relationships

    Required Qualifications

    • JD from an accredited law school
    • Active license to practice law
    • 3–7 years of relevant experience
    • Strong legal drafting and communication skills
    • Solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations
    • Business-minded and client-focused approach
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tech tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with corporate structuring and governance
    • Exposure to finance and transactional work

    Work Schedule

    Full-time, primarily office-based role. Standard weekday hours with flexibility based on workload and client needs. Occasional travel may be required.
