This is a great fit for a proactive, business-minded attorney who enjoys ownership and wants to build a thriving practice.Key Responsibilities Entity formation, selection, and structuringContract drafting, review, negotiationCommercial and retail leasing (draft/review/interpret)Real estate acquisitions/dispositions and title mattersReview ALTA surveys, title commitments/policies, and due diligenceSupport title review and closing mattersExposure to commercial finance/lending (borrower and/or lender) and M&A as applicableRequirements J.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed in Ohio (good standing)2–8 years real estate transaction experienceStrong academics, communication, analytical/research/writing skillsExceptional attention to detail; manage multiple priorities under deadlinesClient-first mindset and interest in business developmentOnsite role with occasional local travel.To Apply: Resume, Cover Letter, Writing Sample, Law School Transcript.
