Candidates should have at least 4 - 5 years of experience primarily in the areas of corporate/business law and/or commercial and product liability litigation and preferably some experience in or knowledge of some of the following areas: labor and employment, government contracts, real estate, corporate governance, intellectual property, data privacy, and antitrust/competition law. The position will report directly to Senior Legal Counsel, Region Americas but will work with key leaders of the organization, collaborating with clients primarily throughout North America and South America and Legal Department colleagues around the world.
